Damaged Products:

While every item undergoes a rigorous quality check before we ship it, we understand that damage can occasionally occur during transit, which is beyond our direct control.

If your order arrives damaged, we're here to make it right. We will replace it with the same or a similar product, subject to stock availability.

To initiate a replacement, please email us at www.thepassionpreneur.com within 48 hours of receiving your order. Your email must include clear photographs of the damaged product and its packaging. This allows us to process your request quickly and explain the next steps. We are unable to address damage reports received after this 48-hour period.

Missed Delivery :

To ensure you receive your order, our logistics partner will make three delivery attempts. If the delivery is unsuccessful, the package will be returned to us.

We can re-ship returned orders upon request for an additional shipping fee.
