Return & Exchange
We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. However if you are not 100% satisfied and need to exchange an item, please review the following policy carefully.
1. Notification Window
You must notify us of your intent to exchange an item within 48 hours (2 days) of receiving your order. Please contact our support team at connect@thepassionpreneur.com or through your account to initiate the process.
2. Received Damaged Product:
All our products undergo a rigorous '3-Level Quality Check' and are packed with the utmost care to ensure they reach you in perfect, delightful condition.
Unfortunately, on rare occasions, packages can be mishandled during transit. If your item arrives damaged, please follow these steps to help us resolve it quickly:
- Document the Issue: Take clear photographs or a short video of the damaged product and the shipping box within 24 hours of delivery.
- Contact Us Immediately: Email the media and your order number to connect@thepassionpreneur.com with the subject line "Damaged in Transit - [Your Order Number]".
- Do Not Discard: Please hold onto the product and all original packaging, as our courier partner may need to inspect it.
Upon validation, we will promptly send you a replacement of same item/design. A full refund will be issued only if same item is out of stock .
3. Eligibility
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be:
- In its original, unused condition.
- In the original packaging with all tags attached.
- Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase.
4. Return Shipping Costs
The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged in transit back to us.
5. The Return Process
- Contact Us: Notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
- Get Approval & Instructions: We will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the return address.
- Ship the Item: Pack the item securely and ship it to the provided address. Please include the RMA number inside or on the package.
- Inspection & Processing: Once we receive the returned item and inspect it, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange.
6. Refunds & Exchanges
- Refunds: We have no refund policy.
- Exchanges: Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the item you wish to exchange for is of a higher value, we will charge the difference accordingly.
- There is no exchange on discounted items, unless you receive damaged item as described in point "2. Received Damaged Product".
